We placed great emphasis on functionality and also wanted to ensure comfort during use of the AIR CUBE. For this reason, the integrated fans operate particularly quietly. The fans move an air volume of 20 cubic feet (approx. 566 liters) per minute and are mounted vertically to the airflow. This results in minimal resistance, leading to exceptionally quiet operation. While conventional fans generate a high operating noise level, our AIR CUBE is noticeably quieter: at only 15.5 decibels, it is one of the quietest devices on the market.

How does the AIR CUBE work?

Thanks to the special filter system, the AIR CUBE generates millions of positively charged ions, which split a wide variety of molecules with the help of their oxidizing power. In this oxidation process, unwanted impurities are burned off. This method is considered extremely reliable in combating contamination and cleans more than 3000 times compared to chlorine. The technology is also used to remove odors at the same time: the odor molecules are split and thus destroyed.

What is the difference between odor neutralization and odor masking?

The odor neutralization is to be clearly differentiated from the odor cover.

Odor neutralization: Any odors that arise are completely eliminated. The integrated filter of the AIR CUBES splits the odor molecules and thus destroys the cause of the odor. Odor extraction is completely self-sufficient during the neutralization process.Odour masking: Odors are whitewashed and masked using chemical scents. There is no elimination of the causes of the odors or splitting of the molecules

How does our sense of smell work?

The sense of smell is one of the most complex human senses. The receptive zone of the olfactory system is inside the nose. The actual sense of smell, which can be strongly linked to emotions, memories and hedonic judgments, then arises in rather unspecific cortical brain centers. In this area, both the chemosensory analysis of the breath and the retronasal analysis of food aromas are carried out.

Odor substances are recognized based on chemical structural features. Most often, intense experiences with the smell in a particular place and events associated with the smell play a role in memory. The evaluation of an odor takes place before the actual odor detection. This is often done using the visual system, picturing the place and remembering an atmosphere that we smell (e.g. “Christmas”).

How can the device be cleaned?

Cleaning the device is very easy. Simply moisten a microfiber cloth. Alternatively, you can also use a cleaning agent to clean the surface. You should never clean the AIR CUBE in the dishwasher or washing machine.

How can the toilet be cleaned with the integrated AIR CUBE?

The toilet can be cleaned as usual if necessary. Please remove the AIR CUBE from the click-in holder and store it away from water. When cleaning the toilet, you can choose from the cleaning agents and variants you want. Please ensure that the cleaning agents do not come into contact with the Easy-Click-In bracket. Bellaria does not guarantee the adhesion of the special adhesive in combination with other chemical cleaners. Please dry the toilet completely before reinserting the AIR CUBES.

How does the AIR CUBE clean your toilet?

The toilet is cleaned in the second step of the operating cycle. After leaving the room, the motion sensor no longer detects any active movements and starts cleaning fully automatically. Ionized air is put into the toilet bowl. This type of cleaning does not require the addition of chemical cleaning agents and has been tested and proven in studies for decades.

Which cleaning agents can you save by using the AIR CUBE?

It can be said per se that there is no longer any need for other cleaning agents for toilet cleaning.

Because unpleasant odors are eliminated shortly after they occur, room sprays and air fresheners can be dispensed with.

In addition, thanks to ionization cleaning, surface cleaning is no longer necessary. If you want to remove dirt, such as stains or deposits, you can use classic cleaning agents when using the AIR CUBE.

On which toilet bowls can the device be mounted?

The simple structure of the AIR CUBE makes it possible to attach it to all toilets and toilet bowls and to install it very easily. The inner flushing rim is not touched. This means that rimless toilets and those with a soft-close mechanism – including those from well-known companies such as Villeroy and Boch, Keramag and Duravit – are ideal for easy installation. Installation is only not possible with Turkish and Afghan toilets, as well as sanitary facilities of a comparable design.

How difficult is the installation and removal?

The installation of the AIR CUBE is very easy and can be done by anyone in just three simple steps in less than a minute. Neither retrofits to your toilet nor professional help are required for installation.

Can the product be attached to a urinal?

The AIR CUBE is suitable for all commercially available seated toilets. However, our engineers are also working on other areas of application. In the future we will also be able to offer suitable models for other types of toilets, in order to give you that unique feeling of Bellaria freshness in every situation.

Does the AIR CUBE restrict the sitting position?

In principle, no special seating position is required to use the AIR CUBE. However, in order to achieve an even better suction result, sit down on the toilet seat as far as possible. Because the fewer opportunities the contaminated air has to escape, the better the suction mechanism can draw it in and neutralize it.

How is the device activated/deactivated?

The device has two different operating modes. In automatic mode, a motion detector built into the device recognizes the user of the toilet and activates suction and cleaning completely automatically. The manual mode allows you to switch the systems on and off independently of each other. To do this, you can easily select the suction and cleaning symbol on the touch control panel.

How long does the neutralization process take?

The neutralization process is operated either manually or automatically. In both cases, the device waits until it detects no movement in the room and only then starts the cleaning cycle. Thanks to the high oxidizing power of the positively charged ions, your toilet will be cleaned in a flash. The AIR CUBE takes about a minute to completely clean your toilet.

What different programs are there?

In order to make operation as easy as possible for the user, the AIR CUBE has two simple programs. One of them is the automatic mode, in which the device recognizes the user with the help of the integrated motion detector and activates and deactivates the system completely automatically. In manual mode, the user can easily choose between suction and cleaning mode using the touch control panel.

Does it have a timer?

The cleaning activities of the AIR CUBE follow a pre-programmed schedule. A complete suction process takes about 4 minutes. However, this can be reactivated by the user at will. The AIR CUBE only needs a minute to completely clean it.

How long does the battery last?

The modern and powerful lithium-ion battery is particularly energy-efficient. Up to 30 suction cycles and up to 40 cleaning cycles can be completed with one charge. For a two-person household, this results in an average service life of more than two weeks with one battery charge.

How is the battery charged?

The battery must be removed from the AIR CUBE for charging. It can then be charged at the socket using the supplied USB-C charger. You can tell that the battery is fully charged by the charging lamp on the battery. If it changes from red to blue, the battery is fully charged.

Can I use standard rechargeable batteries?

Commercial rechargeable batteries are not suitable for the Bellaria AIR CUBE. Because the supplied special lithium-ion battery is powerful and can be recharged again and again. This makes handling and charging the device a breeze. If you still need more power or a replacement battery, you can easily order it at bellaria.de .

How loud is the device?

The special fans responsible for extracting the air from the toilet have specially designed louvers. These louvers are designed to operate particularly quietly, achieving an operating volume of only 15.5 decibels. Compared to conventional bathroom ventilation systems, the Bellaria AIR CUBE is therefore significantly quieter.

Where can I have the device repaired?

Bellaria gives you a one-year guarantee on every AIR CUBE. If the device no longer works during this time for certain reasons, please contact our service team and we will take care of your request immediately.

Can the product be combined with toilet blocks/cleaning cubes?

The AIR CUBE takes over the tasks of the standard toilet blocks. If you still want to use toilet blocks or similar products, you are welcome to do so. However, think about our environment. Because every packaging waste and every chemical cleaning agent causes lasting damage to our planet.
